I'm having issues with my Remx account

To submit an issue, click the Feedback button in the Remx app. On desktop, you'll find this button on the right side of the screen. On mobile, it's located in the menu. A member of our technical team will respond within 24–48 hours to help resolve your issue.

The feedback button can also be found in the menu on mobile.

How do I withdraw funds from Remx?

Your on-chain funds are stored in a Smart Contract and are accessible only to you. You can withdraw your funds at any time from the Earnings page on the Remx site. You will need a Digital Wallet such as Coinbase Wallet or MetaMask to withdraw the funds into.

How do I change my default wallet to withdraw funds?

Visit your user profile and click the "Edit Profile" button. Scroll down to the Digital Wallets section. Here, you can either change your default wallet or add a new one. To change the default, click the three dots next to an existing wallet and select "Set as default." To add a new wallet, click the "Add Wallet" button..

What wallets are compatible with Remx?

Most wallets including Coinbase and Metamask should be compatible with Remx, as long as they support the Base network. If you have questions about the compatibility of a specific wallet, just ask using the feedback button outlined above.

How do I connect with the Base network?

The instructions for connecting your digital wallet to the Base network depend on which digital wallet you are using.

If you are using a different digital wallet, the instructions should be similar to the MetaMask instructions. You should be able to find instructions by searching for your wallet and “Base”. How can I apply to post on Remx?

Posting on Remx is by invitation only. Each week, we post an open call on X for new artist profile submissions. Our curation team carefully reviews all applications from this post weekly, selecting new artists to grant access for creating posts. If you weren't selected after applying, we encourage you to reapply in the following week's post.
